You have 3 calendar days from the delivery date to request a return. To initiate the process, please send an email to [email protected] stating the reason for the return. For your convenience, a prepaid FedEx shipping label will be provided, which you simply need to print and attach to your package.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, clean, and in its original condition, with all brand and composition tags attached, and the sanitary protector intact. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed through the original method of payment within 5 business days.
For hygiene reasons, swimwear and bikinis are not eligible for returns or exchanges. If you have any questions regarding sizing, please contact us at [email protected].
NOTE: A fee of $180 MXN will be deducted from your total refund for domestic return shipping, and $650 MXN for international return shipping.

For your convenience, a prepaid FedEx shipping label will be provided, which you simply need to print and attach to your package.
To be eligible for an exchange, the product must be unused, clean, and in its original condition, with all brand and composition tags attached, and the sanitary protector intact. Once we receive the item, the replacement piece will be shipped with tracking, using the same method as your original order.
